Additional Requirements:

A) Strong delivery and operational experience of 15+ years

B) Ability to manage portfolio of 100 to 200 members team

C) Good customer facing and communication skills

D) Knowledge of digital technologies and execution patterns

E) Good understanding of distributed agile

F) Should have good understanding of Retail domain
