Technical Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

o Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline o Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables o Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility o Work with different team members in different capacities to ensure quality deliverables o Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements o Participate in estimation activities and vet the overall plan given by Architects / Leads o Ensure resource availability and allocation o Develop a detailed project plan to track progress o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs o Ensure that Quality, performance & security are meeting the respective needs o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques o Report and escalate to management as needed. o Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. o Perform risk management to minimize project risks. o Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. o Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. Skillset o Proven working experience as a project Manager in the IT sector with at least 1 or 2 implementations o Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies o Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications and Educations

BE – Computer science / MCA Any graduates with computer background will do if they possess experience in the mentioned skillset
