Project Manager JD

Experience- 3-6 years

We are looking for project managers who will be responsible for handling project management activities for our internal development as well as managing customer projects. You will be working closely with the key stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinating with the delivery team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management for enterprise web applications.

Responsibilities •Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility •Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. •Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. •Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. •Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. •Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. •Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. •Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. •Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. •Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. •Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period. •Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. •Report and escalate to management as needed •Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Requirements •B.E, preferably in the fields of computer science or IT •5 – 7 years’ experience working as a project manager in web application development following Agile process •Should be well versed in Azure Dev Ops for handling project management activities. •Experience in healthcare domain in IT a plus •Should have good understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies •Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office •PMP certification is a plus What's our Offer: •Opportunity to be a part of the growth story of a successful start-up. •The right candidate will be compensated according to market standards.
