Project Management expertise:

Tech Project Manager preferably with Scrum Certification and JIRA administration skills with 12+ years of experience and mandatory Hybrid model.
Experience in Process optimization, application development and industry exposure in Healthcare (preferable).
Hands on experience in Global end-to-end Delivery, Customer Support function, Program & Project Management Operations management, Application Services delivery, Solution Architecture, Process methodology, Client Partner Relationship.
Driving Excellence in Implementation and managing projects within timelines with Agile /Scrum /kanban methodologies by providing estimations.
Directing program & project life-cycle including requirement analysis, Project planning (ex MS Project), scheduling including material & manpower planning, budgeting, project accounting, process optimization and set up of QA/QC standards.
Steering efforts for large client engagement, account growth & customer facing projects as per norms
Successful in managing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders. Build strategic multi-integration teams from scratch through collaborative leadership
Anchoring project execution activities and project review meetings to ensure completion of project well within time & cost parameters, effective resource utilization to maximise the output. Monitor project activities and devise effective measures.
Establishing & delivering team and organization training materials & workshops and building knowledge & skills to facilitate the Agile transformation
