Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master

What You’ll Contribute

Manage project schedule and change orders. Reconcile forecast to timetables.
Measure Project performance and publish weekly status reports.
Perform Risk Management.
Create presentations and deliver to client and internal management.
Work multiple projects as assigned.
Monitor execution and provide executive updates to Client and FICO’s management team.
Work to leverage existing FICO assets to meet client requirements. Demonstrate the wider value that FICO provides to the clients.
Facilitate discussion to gather client’s requirements and initiate and track the change request / change order process.
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Tracking project processes and deliverables.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Working with Cyber security teams and Product Owners to achieve alignment between cyber security and business change objectives.
Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.

What We’re Seeking

Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks to deliver solutions.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Current understanding of best practices regarding application security measures.
Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various technical teams, manage schedule and tasks and able to deliver sign-off on security projects on time.
