Technical Project Manager with HR Domain

Qualifications:

• 8+ years Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle in multi team environment

• Great Organization skills to track the progress of items directly with the Development teams and diving to resolve any bottlenecks

• Attention to details to share the project progress and proven ability to identify challenges ahead of the time

• Experience managing projects using Agile software development

• Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects

• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together

• Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions

•Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation

• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience

• Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences

•Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them

Responsibilities:

• Experience with creating & tracking the software delivery schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Excellent Comm skills / Status updates / Reports / follow up - follow throughs / Technical (SFDC / WD / Internal Apps)
