Technical Recruiter

Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Grapevine, TX. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of recruiting experience, a passion for matching talent with the right roles, and a strong interest in the technical industry. This role requires onsite presence to facilitate interviews, meet with stakeholders, and manage the recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level technical positions. Key Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including fire alarm technicians, VESDA system specialists, data cabling technicians, and fiber optic experts. 

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. 

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements. 

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. 

• Post job ads, manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), and update candidate databases. 

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, onsite visits, and offer processes. 

• Promote Flex Tech LLC’s employer brand to attract top talent. Qualifications: 

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in technical or skilled trades industries. 

• Knowledge or familiarity with technical roles such as fire alarms, VESDA systems, fiber optics, and data cabling is a plus. 

• Strong communication and organizational skills. 

• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. 

• Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.
