We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles within our organization.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each technical position.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process and strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
