Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring. They will also be responsible for communication and collaboratively identifying opportunities to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and technical recruiting
Excellent communication skills to engage with potential candidates and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to identify top talent and build relationships with candidates
Passionate about recruiting and constantly improving the recruitment process
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
Experience using applicant tracking software and related HR systems is a plus
Minimum 6 months of experience required 

A successful candidate should also possess logical and critical thinking skills, have a solid understanding of employment law and regulations, and be able to work independently and in a team environment.
