Technical Recuiter

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Technical Recruiter at ClinDCast. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. They will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are critical in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with specific expertise in USA staffing.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
• Excellent communication skills, with adept negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously
