Salesforce reporting and Analytics experience (For revenue operation teams)
Salesforce CRM report builder experience
Experience talking with leadership, business analysts to define required business KPIs Technical hands on experience is not required.
We don’t need a Salesforce architect but someone who can plan, design, review existing and new process flows to build required KPI reports.

Exp: 12+ years of experience in deep sales reporting background Deliverable from the workshop:
Defined and justified KPI catalogue for customer,Gap analysis
ReportingGather and document Customer requirements Create and update solution blueprint documentation
Build, test, and deliver technical solutionEnhance overall solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting
Build custom integrations with Sales Cloud
Develop custom Sales Cloud functionalityAnalyze workflows and describe improvementsQ/A solutionsProvide advisory guidance on support issues
