Technical SAP-Supply Planning Technical Delivery

Job Title: Technical SAP-Supply Planning Technical Delivery - W2/C2C
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the o9 Global core model at a regional/BU level.
- Address regional requirements identified through FitGap.
- Ensure core model consistency with Global MDS teams.
- Support Fit Gap analysis and identify key market technical/process nuances.
- Minimize deviations to the Core Model and drive sign-off on regional customization requirements.
- Provide program updates on status and progress.
- Ensure timely achievement of regional plan milestones with Global, Regional, and PMO teams.
- Manage technical aspects of testing & cutover processes.
- Conduct Risk Impact Analysis and mitigate risks.
- Ensure technical readiness with the regional MDS team and partners.
- Address regional business needs and closeout requirements from an MDS standpoint.
- Support regional change management strategy.
- Lead the regional delivery team, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
- Develop business contingency plans.
- Ensure accurate track reporting with regional business counterparts.
- Support project management with TG/Sprints sign-off and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with PMO and Regional MDS lead to ensure value delivery and adoption goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams on testing and validation.
- Collaborate with internal MDS teams (e.g., Dev Op's).

*Requirements:*

- 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with platforms like o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO.
- Experience in Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, sales, and operations planning, and reporting.
- Expertise in Advanced Statistical forecasting and consensus forecast generation.
- Proficiency in modeling, reporting, and data integration.
- Understanding of demand sensing solutions using POS/Retail Store data.
- Ability to configure and customize systems for business requirements.
- Experience integrating Planning technical systems with SAP S4 HANA.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

*Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Certifications in o9/planning advantageous.
