JD:

·      Perform Transition Manager role during the Transition Phase of the project.
·      Manage overall relationship with PWA, Contract, Budget & Performance.
·      Guiding and Managing Delivery team (Both Offshore and Onshore)
·      Manage and Report SLA\KPIs
·      Ensure timely escalations, resolution, and risk management
·      Manage and ensure the Service Delivery is as per the defined scope and processes
·      Responsible to share performance status report to PWA as per agreed terms. Responsible to plan and communicate the plan of action for service improvements
