Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk and write about ConnectMaster to customers and partners
  • Hold remote sessions and web meetings with customers and partners independently
  • Organized and customer-focused with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Active listening to understand customer problems and requirements
  • Document issues and solutions clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing
  • Create customer facing HelpCenter articles
  • Report bugs and user stories to the core development team
  • Participate in defect fixes
  • Provide guidance to technical writers on product documentation optimization
  • Debug unexpected behavior, fix small bugs, and assist support agents without coding skills
  • Build reports and gain expertise in telecommunications to interact with Enterprise customers and partners professionally

Qualifications:

  • Required Exp 3-6 years
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experienced in implementing features in .NET / WinForm / C# / DevExpress etc.
  • Optimization of Oracle PL/SQL database queries
  • Experience with Oracle Spatial Database
  • Experienced in implementing and integrating Web Services APIs for both REST & SOAP
  • Experience with desktop software on older technology stacks
  • Motivated to work with ConnecMaster, which is a desktop software on a rather old and given technology stack
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Telecommunication software experience
