We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily technical support for desktop, data, and server management. The Desktop Support Engineer will install and test desktop computer peripherals, make system changes in accordance with organizational policies, and conduct remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users while maintaining documentation of any issues. The candidate will also collaborate with other functional departments to maintain technical documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support for desktop, data, and server management

Manage AWS (Amazon Web Service) cloud server.
Good Knowledge in cloud server
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in desktop support, network troubleshooting, and system administration
Strong background in computer science or information technology
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users on a regular basis
Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and desktop hardware
