Top Skills:

2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role preferably with a Bachelors' degree
Strong Java/JavaScript experience (should be able to read, understand and troubleshoot code)
Experience in HTML components such as CSS and XHTML desired
Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills
Databases experience like MySQL preferred
Advanced Unix/Linux experience
