Technical Test Lead

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 
At least 4 years of experience with IT
Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Reporting
Strong knowledge in Core Java, Selenium, API Testing, Agile, DevOps, SQL
Strong hands-on experience in building automation framework and in developing automation scripts for Web UI, Web Services and APIs
At least 3 years of experience in any one Agile methodology
Strong Analytical skills, Articulation skills and Client Interfacing skills
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes. 
Experience and desire to work in distributed teams having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment. 
Co-ordination and reporting skills.
