Austin, TX 78756 (Hybrid - onsite/remote; candidates must live in the Austin area)

8-month Contract with possibility to extension

Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for Telecommunication Network Operations.
Understands the user’s view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and /or user groups
and structuring procedures in a logical sequence, due to a broad understanding of the applications.
Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

4	Required	Experience in composing, compiling, organizing, researching, writing, editing, producing, and maintaining technical documents and manuals
4	Required	Ability to understand and translate the user's view of applications and technology to put procedures in logical sequence; ability to develop and maintain user technical documentation and project process documentation
