Ability to be onsite up to 3 days per week the first 3 weeks of the assignment
Leads the design and development of next generation internal business systems.
Build, contribute and support the creation and organization of clear, concise, quality system help documentation and training curriculum by providing expertise on content, format and editing, and organization. Produce and update any existing user help and training documentation based on analysis of provided content and instruction from subject-matter experts (SMEs), system design/functionality, user functional requirements, and standard operating procedure documentation. This role will work under the Information Technology team, and alongside various divisions within the organization.
Skills
Technical writing experience and/or experience producing business requirements documents (BRDs), structured SOPs, wikis, process modeling/workflows.
Outstanding writing, organizational, collaboration and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff to manage a team's deliverables.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products/Services including SharePoint.
Understanding of e-learning techniques.
