In this role, you will:

  • Create, edit, and review content for both internal and customer-facing use.
  • Interact, cooperate, and co-create with subject matter experts.
  • Address customer challenges by creating clear and concise documentation.
  • Improve existing documentation by acting on internal and customer feedback.
  • Proactively participate in shaping Cinemo's knowledge management strategy.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Outstanding command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong writing aptitude, attention to detail and excellent consistency.
  • Strong technical fluency and interest, ability to grasp and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  • Experience in the Software Engineering industry, preferably in roles that involve documentation or business analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
