Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•    Entrust products & related maintenance process
•    Basic knowledge of ticketing systems 
•    1 - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 
•    1 – 3 or more years of experience in the IT industry.
•    1 - 3 or more years of experience with Windows 10 OS.
•    1 - 3 or more years of experience with PC and laptop hardware.
Maintenance of 2 card printers & 2 mailing systems:
Printer 1 - MXX610344
Printer 2 - MXX610346
Mailer 1 - MXX610337
Mailer 2 - DX310102

Must have got the training in either of these following or must have worked (mandatory): Have previously attended the below EDC training classes
TE1163 MXi610/810 Envelope Insertion System Service Maintenance Training.  
MX6100 Card Issuance Systems Maintenance with Lite Admin Training
TE1087 MXD Maintenance 3-day
TE1145 Laser 325/350 Laser Engraving Module Maintenance 3-day
TE1277 DOD Gen2 with Duplex Maintenance 4-day
TE1547 Artista Gen2 Retransfer Color Printing Mod. Maintenance 4-day
Daily tasks will include:
cleaning of all the pieces of equipment (inside/out)
fix any issue that may arise on the 4 of them
ensure the production runs at full capacity
notifying management on health checks on all devices: via daily & weekly reports
