Job Duties:

Prepare the End user documentation for each functional and non-functional requirement.Document and review the Release plans with Business team for deployment activities.Provide scalable solutions that would increase the performance and usability.Code implementation based on the Design Document. Implement Unit Test cases for functional requirements.Perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing.Conduct impact analysis of issues logged, prioritize, and ensure that production support is provided as per the committed SLAs.Investigate and document the root cause analysis of technical and design issue.Support and coach peers and juniors as and when required on specific technical competencies to deliver on the assigned tasks.Support the creation of a repository of team’s collective knowledge on technology, domain, and process.seek information leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness for ensuring the reusability.Participate in architecture sessions to provide inputs to architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications.Perform high and low-level design, provide pseudo codes, implement the prototype and conduct design reviews.Provide project progress update and analysis the risk to handle any critical paths.

Job Requirement:

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Programmer, IT Analyst, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
