Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Business Consultant with a strong background in management consulting and Digital Transformation advisory with particular expertise in customer experience strategy and improvement (spanning all capabilities needed for a B2B2C /B2B2B company to sustain organic growth including brand, value proposition, and end-to-end customer lifecycle experience) and marketing, sales, product, technology enablement.
Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience in below skills. Consultant should be able to use consulting methodologies to research, collect data and produce insights, and turn these into strategic and practical recommendations and solutions for our clients. Prepare underlying materials and design, lead or participate in client workshops and client engagements.
Skills Required:
- Soft Skills – Excellent Verbal Communication (with the likes of CxOs / Directors/Heads), Stakeholder Management, Conducting Assessments / Interviews with Senior Executives, PowerPoint presentations.
- Tech Skills –
- Strong Consulting experience in Business and IT / NWs domain.
- Experience / Knowledge in either one or more organization capabilities – Sales / Marketing / Finance / Product / Commercial / Legal aspects for a Telco.
- eTOM knowledge in greater depth, Telecom OSS & BSS, Enterprise Management Functions, Fibre Broadband Services
- Experience in Operating Model definition and Organization Change Management experience.
- Process Designing (As-Is and To-Be Processes definitions for OSS / BSS customer journeys and other organization capabilities listed above)
- Data Architecture and Modelling knowledge / Data Segregation Analysis experience.
- IT Enterprise Architecture view knowledge / Functional & Non-Functional impacts on internal IT applications and customer facing applications.
- Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
