Telecom Test Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of telecommunications systems and services, helping to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
10 years of total IT experience (8+ years of Telecom Domain relevant experience - desirable)
Knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS Domain
Knowledge of Functional Areas – Service Order Fulfilment and Provisioning, Service Assurance, and Incident Management
Exposure to working in the Agile Delivery Model
Working experience in Siebel-CRM, Netcracker, CPQ, Kenan, and Network Fault monitoring tools (SMARTS, Netcool, Ciena UAA)
Working experience in any of the functional areas like CRM / Order Management/ Inventory Management/ Billing /Service Assurance, etc.
Test Planning & Execution
Stakeholder management and delivery management experience with excellent communication & leadership skills
Qualification: Graduate or above in Engineering/Computer Sciences
