Description

Extensive Bank Data Knowledge: Application utilizes 15+ upstream data sources, such as CRH, DDM, Profit/PAM, THOR, Bacardi. Although the application is in containment for the next several years, we know it will exist well into 2025 at a minimum. There will be the need to make some coding changes due to new policies, upstream data source changes, and break/fix.
Technical Tools Knowledge: Teradata, SQL, BTEQ, Linux, KSH
Platforms: Linux Server Knowledge & Maintenance
Change Management Requirements: Knowledge of WIP, Jira, Remedy/CRQs, Bit Buckets, as well as Release Manager & GCPAR, MRA2 (Change Management) and new Testing MRA requirements

Desired Skills

Application Owner Deliverables: knowledge and usage of multiple tools, including RISE, APP HQ, BT Converge, Trident, PCAT, CSDB, ARM, Runbooks, CM, Business Rules Engine, CPT (Technical Recovery Plans), to name just a few.
Testing: Disaster Recovery and Data Center Isolation requirements & exercises
Production Support: Knowledge of working with COTS/BATCH Team for Production Support
Vulnerabilities Management
NPT/EOL Management
