Test automation Engineer (Python+Robot Framework)

Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for E2E test scenarios.
Testing integrations between multiple internal and vendor systems.
Proactively seeking to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automation.
Supporting and coaching other team members in testing and automation.

Requirements:

Full stack test automation experience (Frontend [GUI, mobile], middleware [API/web services], and backend [databases]).
Experienced with Python and Robot Framework.
Experience with Java-based test automation frameworks is a plus.
5+ years of experience programming.
Experience executing test automation across different environments and different test levels.
Experience in automating E2E test flows through multiple applications is preferred.
Methodology & industry best practice test automation knowledge: TDD, BDD, Page Object Model, etc.
Strong analytical test engineer skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Communicative Polish (at least A2).
Proactive, and able to work independently.
Agile, Scrum and/or SAFe experience, SDLC knowledge (understanding the software development and maintenance lifecycle end-to-end).
CI/CD tool experience (Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.).
Banking domain experience preferred.
