Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding of private equity and financial systems, including deal flow management, portfolio management, and reporting systems. Familiarity with financial instruments, market data, and the operational aspects of private equity firms.
Profound knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and practices (e.g., system, integration, regression, UAT).
Proficiency in using JIRA and test management software.
Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and understand relational database structures to ensure data integrity across systems.
Understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for reporting on testing metrics and outcomes.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) for managing changes to testing documents, scripts, and other relevant files.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
