Test Lead

Role Requirements

• Skillset: Selenium, Java, manual testing, automation testing. We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6-10 Years of experience in manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing both manual and automated test cases.
• Job Responsibilities
• Test Strategy - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design documents.Participate in requirement analysis and review to ensure testability and identify potential issues early.
• Manual Testing - Execute detailed manual tests on new features, bug fixes, and regression suites.Document and track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Automation Testing - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Test Execution & Reporting - Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.Document test results and prepare detailed reports, ensuring that all test activities are recorded and communicated effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentorship & Collaboration - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
