Job Description: Join our team as a Test Specialist CC1-Functional, with the option to work in either Boston, MA, or Miami, FL (Day 1 Onsite). As a key player in our organization, you will bring over 10 years of extensive experience in testing within a banking contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your proficiency in Genesys contact center tools for configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Apply a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure the highest quality in testing processes.
- Use Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management.
- Leverage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for test planning and execution.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset to interpret complex data for issue identification.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach, focusing on accuracy and thorough documentation.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in testing within a banking contact center environment.
