Responsibilities of the Test Technician:

  • Tests components and systems within federal, state, and local codes and regulations, contract specifications, good engineering practices, and standards.
  • Wiring and assembly diagrams, standard products, logic drawings and graphics, etc.
  • Checks documentation from drafting to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Complies with policies, procedures, standards, and rules of the Company.

Requirements of the Test Technician:

  • 1-5 years related, applicable experience.
  • Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects, and tasks under general supervision.
  • Ability to effectively interact with managers, supervisor, peers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Good understanding of electrical, software and mechanical concepts and usage.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot down to the component level.
  • Ability to develop, read and interpret wiring schematics.
  • Ability to utilize standard engineering software tools.
    • Multimeters
    • Oscilloscope
    • Power supplies

Other Key Requirements:

  • 100% in-office role, no remote candidates.
