Responsibilities of the Test Technician:
- Tests components and systems within federal, state, and local codes and regulations, contract specifications, good engineering practices, and standards.
- Wiring and assembly diagrams, standard products, logic drawings and graphics, etc.
- Checks documentation from drafting to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Complies with policies, procedures, standards, and rules of the Company.
Requirements of the Test Technician:
- 1-5 years related, applicable experience.
- Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects, and tasks under general supervision.
- Ability to effectively interact with managers, supervisor, peers, customers, and suppliers.
- Good understanding of electrical, software and mechanical concepts and usage.
- Ability to Troubleshoot down to the component level.
- Ability to develop, read and interpret wiring schematics.
- Ability to utilize standard engineering software tools.
