Tibco WebFOCUS Designer

Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement TIBCO WebFOCUS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
Optimize and enhance existing WebFOCUS applications to improve performance and usability.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and dashboards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, business analysts, and end-users, to deliver high-quality BI solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay up-to-date with TIBCO WebFOCUS best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our BI capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a TIBCO WebFOCUS Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in TIBCO WebFOCUS tools and technologies, including WebFOCUS Designer, ReportCaster, and WebFOCUS App Studio.
Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Relevant TIBCO certifications (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional) are a plus.
