Hiring a Tier II Helpdesk Technician!
Our client is looking for a Tier II Helpdesk position for a contract position. This position will provide Tier 2 duties including Desktop Support (Helpdesk calls related to logging into laptops, Zoom meetings, headset troubleshooting), Computer Hardware (Imaging computers, packaging and shipping computers), Hardware/Software Inventory (adding or removing licenses from user and computer accounts, using Excel/Teams Chat/Outlook Email), and Cross Training ( as knowledge is increased through assisting agents with laptops and software, projects will be assigned based on skill level). Qualified candidates have experience with Active Directory, Virtual Computers, and Excel, have excellent communication and time management skills, and are “the go to” for technology amongst friends/family, colleagues, etc.….
