TOSCA Test Engineer

Required Skills:

We are seeking a Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in PL/SQL MySQL Jira TOSCA DI and TOSCA along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products contributing to the company's mission of delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for various software applications ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using TOSCA DI and TOSCA.
Provide detailed reports on testing progress defects and overall quality metrics using Jira.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
Utilize PL/SQL and MySQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in requirement review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of testing status and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Possess strong experience in PL/SQL and MySQL for backend testing.
Have extensive knowledge of Jira for defect tracking and project management.
Demonstrate proficiency in TOSCA DI and TOSCA for test automation.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Be capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
