Job description: Responsibilities:

Create and execute detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.

Work with various project and operational teams to carry out business analysis, and plan project management.

Develop and implement key management processes associated with the National Transition Plan across multiple Transition Groups.

Transfer business and technical knowledge to new team members.

Establish/update processes to deliver services.

Define overall transition and transformation strategy based on customer requirements.

Qualifications

Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Education, Engineering, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Management.

Desired skills: familiarity with device and infrastructure break/fix and incident management.

Specific knowledge of the PMI Process. PMP certification is preferred.
