  • Minimum 15 years of experience with the most recent 3-4 years in leadership position, managing a delivery team in end-end IT Infra Services Delivery and Operations
  • Strong IAM Technology Landscape Understanding
  • Focus on IAM project opportunities and transformation initiatives 
  • Budgeting and P/L management of business portfolio of US ****M
  • Proposals, SOW’s, Solutions, Contract review, documentation and negotiation experience
  • Experience in managing global teams operating from multiple locations
  • Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery team sizes of 200 minimum.
  • Employee retention, motivation and training
  • Focus on grooming people to work on IAM Tools within select timelines 
  • Value add to customer-YOY by working closely with the Transformation
  • Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
  1. Solutions – Good understanding of IAM tools and architecture
  2. Delivery excellence – Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, ACSAT score
  3. Operational Excellence - Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization, Attrition; Hygiene and internal compliances
  4. Financial parameters – Track gross margin targets, track billing
  5. Customer Management – Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization
  6. Collaboration - with Account management teams in managing governance; Qualify Business expansion opportunities and contract related efforts Experience – Mandatory
