Description

  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and plans
  • Lead and coordinate UAT activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios
  • Supervise and mentor UAT team members, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices
  • Perform hands-on testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to address issues and ensure smooth testing processes
  • Maintain and update UAT documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Identify and report on UAT progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
  • Conduct UAT status meetings and provide regular updates to project leadership
  • Ensure UAT environments are properly configured and available for testing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure successful UAT completion
