Description

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for UI Path automation solutions, handling incidents, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to UI Path robots, orchestrator, and other automation components. Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to resolve complex problems

Monitor the performance of automation workflows, ensure they are running smoothly, and perform routine maintenance and updates to UI Path components.

Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and best practices

Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath products is essent

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
