UI/UX Designer

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualification

Education : Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.

Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on web-based enterprise applications. Experience in creating mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Experience in user-centric UI/UX related areas.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Invision.

Ability to lead and facilitate design sessions.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Ability to lead and facilitate design sessions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must have experience in designing user-centric, easy to use, simple, intuitive, consistent user interface for applications.
