Job Description:

Job Title: UI Developer

Duties: Responsibilities

User research (Strategy, Execution, Analysis)
Create/Mantain Pattern Libraries / Style Guide
Run briefing and approval sessions with steakeholders
Design great experiences using Wireframes / Prototypes / User and Task flows / Storyboards
Write great design specs documents
Present and get approvals for designs and other deliverables
Support development team
Understand complex problems and scenarios and be able to deliver extremely simple solutions

Skills:
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Minimum 3 years experience as a UX designer working in digital products
Expert in storyboards, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and all UX deliverables;
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, Lean, Kanban)
Understand diferent research methodologies/tools and be able to plan and conduct effective research strategies
Advanced design and prototyping skills (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch)
