  • Must have 4+ years’ recent professional experience with UI/UX Design, Wireframing, Journey Mapping
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. – Anyone.
  • Must have 2+ years professional experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Must be independent and willing to work with internal stakeholders directly
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Nice to Haves: Agile experience, Material UI Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
