UI/UX Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field and possess a strong skill set in 2D and 3D animations, video editing, and After Effects. This role requires a deep understanding of design guidelines and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the UI/UX design team to create engaging and visually appealing user interfaces. • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Oversee the creation of 2D and 3D animations to enhance user experience. • Manage video editing projects to produce high-quality content. • Utilize After Effects to create compelling motion graphics and visual effects. • Ensure all designs adhere to established design guidelines and best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions. • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster their professional growth. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in 2D and 3D animations. • Strong video editing skills. • Expertise in After Effects. • In-depth knowledge of design guidelines and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Experience with user research and usability testing. • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
