UI/UX & Web Publication

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web publication, proficiency with Simpplr, and extensive experience in SharePoint integration and migration.

This role requires a creative individual who can design intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring seamless integration and migration of SharePoint sites.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for Simpplr and SharePoint sites.

·       Manage and execute SharePoint integration and migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

·       Utilize Simpplr for efficient web publication and content management.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements.

·       Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma or Axure

·       Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

·       Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and SharePoint projects.

·       Familiarity with Simpplr for web publication.

·       Hands-on experience with SharePoint integration and migration.

·       Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Axure.

·       Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

·       Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

·       Certification in UI/UX design or SharePoint administration
