Recruiter qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from computers science background or similar.
Minimum 70% of marks in all Academic Courses(SSC, Inter, Bachelors, Etc.,)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective negotiating skills
Recruiter responsibilities and duties:
working on various IT / Non - IT requirements to identify the potential candidates through various sources.
Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent.
Look for people who might be good for the job on websites where you can find job listings. Then, reach out to those candidates directly to see if they're interested.
Interview potential candidates respective to the client requirement.
Maintaining good relationship with the potential candidates for further job opportunities.
Writing emails, cold calling, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates in timely manner.
