Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., referrals, networking events).
Review resumes and credentials to pre-screen candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and reference checks.
Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn recruiting, and candidate referrals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring in the US.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
