Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions in IT & Non-IT.
Experience with full recruiting life cycle.
Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments
Drive high quality selection; experience with various job portals and social network sites like CB, Dice, Monster, Ziprecruiter, theladders, Milwaukeejobs, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
Well versed in dealing candidates - H1B, TN, EAD, GC, US Citizen on W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 contract basis.
Work in a quick turnaround time to full-fill client requirements
Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners
Organized with good time management skills including flexibility
Experience of using Salesforce.com, Bullhorn & Individual Client's Portal
Worked with VMS (Client).
Experience in closing contract, contract to hire and full time positions with clients.
