Minimum of 3-10 years proven IT Bench sales recruiter(US Staffing) extensive experience

Experienced with a full cycle of Bench Sales ,Recuitment, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up on interview schedules, and closing the best deals.

Ability to interact, develop Vendor network, and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.

Know US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, 1099

Experience working with s, candidates, H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, E3 Visa.

Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.

Updating and maintaining the database for future consultants, generating daily reports, and updating them.

knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc., is preferred.

Good attitude, team player, target-driven, career-oriented, and a quick learner.
