Required :

As a mid - senior level UX Designer, you will lead a user-centered design process with a cross-functional product team of Tech and business partners to figure out the best way to solve problems for customers and employees. Work ranges from user research and strategy to design and usability.

You will be responsible for designing usable responsive applications for a variety of users and environments that range from office settings to rail yards.

Often these applications are custom solutions with challenging constraints that are unique to and fast-changing logistics technology. This requires the ability to apply design system standards to specialized applications.

Our UX designers excel at quickly learning specialized business and logistics domains.

They can analyze complex workflows that may span multiple departments and user groups and understand how they fit into operations.

You will use storytelling and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and create product visions that connect customer and business goals.

Basic Qualifications

Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, UI patterns, layout, typography, and color

Proficient with research methodologies

Experience creating interactive prototypes using Axure or similar prototyping tool

Experience facilitating usability studies and using data to inform design decisions

Experience presenting to other designers and stakeholders

A strong portfolio that both demonstrates your craft and your role

Desirable Qualifications

Experience leading design projects

Experience providing guidance to development team to help them execute UX designs

Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders

Familiar with design systems such as Material Design

Experience using a research repository such as Dovetail and turning research into actionable findings

Experience presenting to company executives
