UX developer

Responsibilities: 

Design and develop user interfaces using Angular to create responsive and dynamic web applications. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. 

Implement and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights. 

Integrate and manage SQL databases on Microsoft Azure, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. 

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our products. 

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers. 

Requirements: 

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. 

Proficiency in Angular for front-end development. 

Strong skills in Figma for designing user interfaces and creating prototypes. 

Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. 

Knowledge of SQL databases and experience working with Microsoft Azure. 

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, from conception to completion with focus on Data and AI. 

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. 

Utilize safe agile practices to manage project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements. 

Present project updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. 

Continuously monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. 

Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries. 

Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. 

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. 

Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies. 

Ability to work 3-4 hours with US East Coast time (EST) with team members based in Northern Virginia, USA.  

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and tools.
