Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences, thoughtfully integrating feedback from team members and users to optimize design outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys.

Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of design systems and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive design language across the platform.
Maintain consistency and alignment across all design assets and touchpoints, enhancing brand coherence.

Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within SaaS-based environments, with a demonstrated track record of impactful design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, with clear explanations of design rationale and decision-making, illustrating a thoughtful approach to solving user experience challenges
Proficiency in Figma and a solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as experience with desktop applications to support diverse design tasks
Familiarity with Material Design principles and guidelines, with the ability to implement consistent, scalable design systems
Ability to create and customize illustrations and icons to enhance user interfaces, delivering a cohesive and visually appealing experience
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability heuristics, with a user-first approach to solving complex design challenges
Strong visual design skills with expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy, creating interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging
Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve designs based on feedback

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
