Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences, thoughtfully integrating feedback from team members and users to optimize design outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys.
  • Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and input from stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of design systems and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive design language across the platform.
  • Maintain consistency and alignment across all design assets and touchpoints, enhancing brand coherence.
  • Present and articulate design concepts and their underlying rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Operate in a dynamic Agile environment, balancing self-direction with collaboration to meet fast-paced deadlines.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, proactively recommending design enhancements based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within SaaS-based environments, with a demonstrated track record of impactful design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, with clear explanations of design rationale and decision-making, illustrating a thoughtful approach to solving user experience challenges
  • Proficiency in Figma and a solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as experience with desktop applications to support diverse design tasks
  • Familiarity with Material Design principles and guidelines, with the ability to implement consistent, scalable design systems
  • Ability to create and customize illustrations and icons to enhance user interfaces, delivering a cohesive and visually appealing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability heuristics, with a user-first approach to solving complex design challenges
  • Strong visual design skills with expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy, creating interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve designs based on feedback
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale effectively to both design and non-design stakeholders
  • Up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and methodologies, with an eagerness to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
