Skillset: 

·        PM with strong functional knowledge of Validation and QA for pharmaceutical or biotech

·        SAP S/4 implementation experience

·        Able to effectively communicate to business partners across all levels all the way up to leadership (not technical speak)

·        Able to work in a chaotic, high-pressure environment

·        Knows project management framework (PMP or other project management certification)

Job Description:

·        Lead, guide, and steer the business partners who know Oracle well but are not SAP experts

·        Set up an effective project management framework to ensure we’re tracking to our deliverables

·        Identify and provide solutions for mitigating risks and issues

·        Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items

·        Log and manage Change Requests to completion

·        Create and update status dashboards
